The man, who is on the floor at the start of the filming, has his girlfriend's underwear in his clutches, and - shockingly - is trying to yank it down, in front of a street full of people. It is reported that the reason the man carried out such public, disrespectful behaviour, was because the woman had cheated on her and he wanted to show her for how 'cheap' he believed she really was. It just doesn't bear thinking about; how mortifying for the woman. Whatever decisions - good or bad for the sake of her relationship - she has made, she doesn't deserve to be publicly humiliated and violated in this way. And it's awful to watch. Never mind the fact that it's a form of abuse, and therefore a criminal act. Some viewers have questioned why the person filming the incident continued to let the young woman struggle, and why they - or anyone else on the busy street - failed to come to her aid.
